Reviews and Ratings <br />
I found this hotel a bit pricey, especially for Broome, and the strict cancellation policy was frustrating. However, the rooms and facilities were good, and I enjoyed my overall stay. The location is fantastic with plenty to do nearby, and the food at the restaurant was delicious.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel with some great features, especially its spacious accommodations and the friendly staff who really went above and beyond. The location was convenient, making it easy to access local attractions and beautiful beaches. However, the dining options could definitely use some improvement, and the shower design could be better as water tends to spill onto the floor. Overall, a nice place, but not without its quirks.
The hotel is conveniently located near Town Beach and the Museum, making it easy to explore the area. While the rooms offer plenty of space and amenities like a washing machine and dryer, they are somewhat outdated and could use some refurbishment. The staff was generally friendly, but I did experience some inconsistencies during my stay. The food at the on-site restaurant was decent, but the limited menu left me wanting more options. Overall, it was a good experience, but I might look for another place next time.
My experience at this 'resort' was underwhelming. The staff were attentive, but the communication with housekeeping was severely lacking, leading to an uncomfortable situation. The room had issues, including an uncomfortable bed and a poorly designed bathroom. While the location was decent, the overall state of the hotel feels more like a budget option than a luxury escape, making it hard to justify the price.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area, my room was noisy and not very clean. The service was a mixed bag; some staff were helpful, but there were definitely some frustrating moments. Overall, I felt that the value for money could have been better, especially considering the condition of the rooms and the additional charges introduced during my stay.
